Tips are made by high chrome material with high alloy bars. We use high quality alloy bars for our spare parts combined with advanced welding process. The main chemical component for alloy bars: Wu≥80%, Au, Pt, Co, Zn, Ni; the advanced welding process can help reach excellent working performance for such spares.


The wear plates, feed tube and distributor are made by high chrome material, which have high hardness. According to the gradually adjustment in long time with our customer, we have find out the best chemical component design which can have the best performance.
